Our out of hour’s helpline is manned by highly experienced ex-engineers whom will be able to assist you with any problems you may have.
If an emergency, we shall do our upmost to rapidly dispatch an engineer to you outside of normal working hours and ensure you receive the best service possible.
If not an emergency, you will be able to leave your details and book an appointment for us to visit you within normal working hours.
Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
